Esther Godwins is a Solicitor and New York Attorney with over 15 years’ experience advising and representing clients in business, employment and intellectual property law matters.

She has specialist legal knowledge in business and has used her knowledge in a varied capacity as well as advising clients she has; worked as a visiting lecturer at London Metropolitan University lecturing on business and insolvency law, served as a director for a leading UK based African food manufacturing company and most recently serves on the board of directors for two international charity organisations.

Esther, is an adept employment law consultant and experienced advocate acting on both claimant and respondent employment matters. She has successfully secured 5 figure sum settlements on behalf of clients as well as advising multi-million pound companies on employment disputes.

Her reported cases include Aderemi v London South Eastern Railway.

She has been praised by Employment Appeal Judges for her competence in taking last minute instructions and fully grasping the complex details of case and for her clarity of submissions and mastery of case (Apasenth v Nessa, UKEAT and Fuller v London Borough of Redbridge).

Ola is a solicitor of England & Wales and he is a Senior caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation.

 

Prior to his admission as a solicitor, Ola was an OISC Level 3 adviser. Ola has vast experience of dealing with all areas of Immigration & Asylum law, particularly Human Rights and Judicial review. He has represented clients at the First-Tier & Upper Tribunals. He has also been involved in the training and supervision of caseworkers.

 

Ola also has experience of representing clients in family law proceedings. He is keen to represent clients both remote & in person for the following type of court hearings;

  • Non Molestation Order & Occupation Order applications;
  • Directions Hearings for Section 8 applications such as child arrangements, specific issue, prohibited steps, special guardianships
  • Fact finding hearings in Child Arrangements applications
