Direct Access in essence allows for Members of the public to instruct barristers directly for legal advice and representation without having to go through a solicitor or another intermediary professional first.
Barristers (Those with Direct Access Accreditation) can advise members of the public on their legal status or rights, draft and send documents and can represent them in Court, Tribunals or Mediations.
Members of the Public can contact us for more information on our Direct Access Barristers or instruct our Barristers on matters to do with Civil, Crime, Immigration, Family and Employment.
