Arman was called to the Bar in 2009 and is a member of Lincolns Inn. Since completing pupillage Arman’s practice includes Immigration & Asylum Law, Family Law and Civil matters. Arman is instructed at all levels of the Immigration and Asylum Tribunals with a growing practice in the Court of Appeal. Arman is also regularly instructed to draft grounds for Judicial Review and grounds of appeal to the Upper Tribunal. Arman’s practice varies from EEA appeals to dealing with more serious deportation cases. Arman is also instructed to prevent last minute removals.
Arman also takes instructions in family matters including child contact matters and has also acted for parties in applications seeking to remove children out of the Jurisdiction of England and Wales. He also receives in instructions in civil / commercial matters and has a keen interest in Landlord and Tenant law. Arman was recently successful in obtaining relief from sanction for a commercial tenant from the High Court.
Arman is authorised by the bar standards board to represent clients under the direct public access scheme.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Arman was involved business and politics and continues to retain a keen interest in both.
