Art 8, asylum, bail, deportation, entry clearance, European (EEA) law, human rights claims, student and visit visas. Have extensive criminal experience (both defence and prosecution) and accept instructions in both civil and family cases. In the past have appeared on television in relation to immigration matters, on both BBC news and Venus TV for live Q & A sessions. Attended School of Oriental and African Studies attaining LLB (Hons) 2.1 and undertook extensive field research in India for a dissertation “Learning the Law: Marriage Registration in India“. Born and bred in Liverpool.
